Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your VAYL experience. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@vaylcare.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
