Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and fulfillment before shipment.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
After fulfillment, delivery typically takes an additional approximately 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s transit time.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, VAYL is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or carrier-related issues, including but not limited to weather delays, service disruptions, or incorrect delivery estimates provided by the carrier.
We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to monitor their shipment and contact the carrier directly for updates once the package is in transit.
Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, original shipping fees are not refunded, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VAYL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout.
